Amazing homemade chocolate for a sweet weekend project with the kids:
– 45 grams 100% cocoa mass
– 25 grams cocoa butter
– 30 grams maple syrup
In double boiler melt to cocoa mass and cocoa butter.
Pour the maple syrup into a cup and place the cup in a bowl of hot water.
Once the cocoa and cocoa butter have melted remove from heat and mix in maple syrup. Mix thoroughly and pour into molds.
Allow to cool and harden before removing from mold.
